Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-27. 車位來了 ("the Service") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and retain personal data.

1. What We Collect

Name, email, mobile number; third-party login identifiers (Google, LINE account IDs); location data used for nearby search and watch creation; operation logs (including device and IP).

2. Purpose of Use

Providing member services (login, search, watch notifications), account security (login logs, anomaly detection), dispute resolution, and service statistics/improvement.

3. Retention of Operation Logs

To maintain account security, handle disputes and compile usage statistics, the system logs your actions on the site (including location data from searches and watches). These operation logs are retained permanently and are not removed when you delete your account (see "Account Deletion" below).

4. Watch Records

Coordinates in watch records are erased within 30 days after a watch ends. Corresponding location data already stored in operation logs is unaffected and remains subject to the permanent retention above.

5. Delivery via Third Parties

Notifications may be delivered via LINE, Telegram, Google (web push) or Apple (app push), and their content may include parking location information.

We retain the text, images and other content you send to our LINE official account, together with our replies. These records are append-only and retained permanently, and are used to improve the app and service quality.

If the app crashes, a crash report (device model, OS version, app version and error trace — no name, email, phone number or location) is sent via Google Firebase Crashlytics, used only to fix bugs.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Account Settings: we will erase your name, email, phone number, password, third-party login identifiers and Telegram binding. LINE conversation records and operation logs are retained permanently as described in Section 3, for account security and dispute resolution.

7. Beta Sign-up Data

If you sign up for the iPhone (TestFlight) beta via the "Join the Beta Test" page, we collect the Apple ID email and name you provide solely to send a TestFlight invitation through App Store Connect. This data is retained until the test ends or you request deletion by email, and is not used for any other purpose. The IP address and browser information (User-Agent) recorded at sign-up are used to prevent abuse (e.g. rate limiting, detecting anomalous submissions), retained under the same rule as the operation logs in Section 3.
